CANCELATIONS + RESCHEDULING

While i understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, I respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for the reserved service, a 20% deposit will be required to rebook another service.

 RUNNING LATE

I allow for a 10 min grace period.
Should you arrive after the grace period I may not be able to provide all your scheduled services, or you may need to re-schedule your appointment. 
This would be considered a same day cancelation or NO-SHOW.

If you are running late please communicate with me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate.

APOINTMENT REMINDERS

 

A conformation text/email will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment followed by a courtesy reminder text/email 24 hours prior to your appointment.  
If you need cancel or reschedule please text

PAYMENT + GRATUITY

Cash and all credit cards are accepted.
Venmo is no longer accepted as payment for services.
