CANCELLATIONS...
While i understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, I respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged 30% of the reserved service. Not calling or showing up will result in a 50-100% cancellation fee.
** A credit card is required to be kept on file in order to schedule an appointment. **
~All fees are charged at the owners discretion.~

RUNNING LATE...
I allow for a 10 min grace period.
Should you arrive after the grace period I may not be able to provide all your scheduled services, or you may need to re-schedule your appointment.
This would be considered a same day cancelation or NO-SHOW.

SCHEDULING...

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS...
A conformation text/email will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment followed by a courtesy reminder text/email 24 hours prior to your appointment.

PAYMENT+GRATUITY...
Cash and all credit cards are accepted.
Venmo is no longer accepted as payment for services.
